Abstract:

There is a certain correlation between astigmatism correction and visual quality. In China, the proportion of low\|level astigmatism is relatively large, and the proportion of people with high astigmatism is relatively small, while may require more attention in terms of treatment accuracy. The factors affecting astigmatism correctionin in small incision lenticule extraction (SMILE) include the size of preoperative astigmatism, the rotation of intraoperative astigmatism, intraoperative lens positioning, and healing of postoperative wounds.(Int Rev Ophthalmol, 2019, 43:   341-345)
